I will talk through your problem with you before examining your feet and commencing treatment

Your assessment may involve certain specialised tests, questions or exercises all of which will be thoroughly explained to you prior to being carried out.

Following this assessment a treatment plan may be devised taking into account any issues, conditions or problems you may have.

Please feel free to raise any questions, queries or concerns regarding your care/treatment plan.

How long is the first assessment and treatment

Approximately 30-40 mins is allowed for your initial consultation and any follow up treatments are up to 30 minutes in duration.

About Me


My name is Nick Tillett I am a HCPC registered Podiatrist,  graduating from the Chelsea School of Chiropody in the early 1980s.

I am also a  member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists and have Diplomas in both Podiatric Medicine and Human Anatomy and Physiology.


After working at a number of London Hospitals I joined South West Herts as the senior Hospital Podiatrist specialising in the treatment of the diabetic and high risk foot before leaving to enter private practice.


I am registered with the Health and care professions council and undertake continuous professional development to ensure I provide the most up to date care.
